You can now request rides with multiple stops, enabling you to add up to three addresses when setting up the ride. The Uber BY app will then calculate the most efficient route for the driver and display the total price beforehand.

Ride History

In case you leave something behind during your taxi ride, you can easily contact the driver directly through the app's Ride History section within 24 hours. This section provides details such as the car's license plate number, your previous trip origins, destinations from yesterday, last weekend, or even a month ago. If necessary, you can delete any past rides no longer needed.

Favorite and Convenient Spots

You have the freedom to mark any address or location on the map as a favorite for quicker access. These favorites will appear as buttons on the ride request screen, saving you time from manual address inputs. The app also suggests optimal pickup locations, typically within a 2-3 minute walk, to enhance the efficiency and affordability of your trip.

Request for Someone Else

If friends or family require transportation services, you can easily manage this through the Comment section by selecting the "Order for someone else" option. By entering their phone number or selecting from your contacts list, all necessary ride details will be texted to them, including the driver's name, phone number, and license plate information.
